Our experience will start with a good coffee where we’ll get to know each other, talk about your goals and create a personalized shopping plan to match your diet. Then, the fun begins – we go shopping!
I will help you choose the best options by giving you personal advice, directions about what suits you and what not, what’s worth buying and how you can get the best out of your shopping. Then I’ll help you put together a few recipes with the items you bought so you can get the most of your shopping.
